FIFA Partners with On Location to Deliver Unprecedented Hospitality for World Cup 2026

FIFA has appointed On Location, a global leader in premium experiences, hospitality, and travel, as the Official Hospitality Provider for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, set to take place in Canada, Mexico, and the USA from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
After a thorough selection process, On Location will help FIFA deliver its largest and most dynamic hospitality program yet. They will offer ticket-inclusive fan experience packages for all types of fans, from die-hard supporters to families and corporate guests.
The stadiums hosting the FIFA World Cup 2026 already feature some of the world’s best hospitality amenities. The program will include options ranging from exclusive stadium suites to bustling hospitality villages and extraordinary add-on experiences. Hospitality packages will be available later this year through FIFA.com/hospitality and official sales agents, providing the first opportunity for fans to purchase official FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets.
FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström said, “North America is known for its top-tier sports and entertainment experiences, and the FIFA World Cup offers a unique and thrilling atmosphere. With On Location, we’re confident we have the perfect provider to offer premium experience products for the next World Cup.”
On Location will have exclusive global rights to promote, sell, and operate the Official Hospitality Program across the 16 state-of-the-art stadiums. For more information on the Host Cities and the match schedule, click here.
Paul Caine, President of On Location, said, “We are proud to work with FIFA to deliver its largest hospitality program ever and contribute to football’s growth in North America. Fans will have the chance to experience elevated hospitality at one of the world’s greatest events, making lasting memories.”
Guests can purchase official hospitality products for individual matches or in bundles, allowing them to attend several matches in one or more cities, during a particular tournament stage, or to follow a specific national team. The packages will include unforgettable add-on experiences for matchdays and non-matchdays in conjunction with ticket-inclusive hospitality packages.
After extensive market research and consultation, FIFA launched a highly competitive RFP process in September 2023. On Location was selected for its extensive experience with high-profile sporting and entertainment events and its deep understanding of the North American market. On Location is also the premier service provider for events like the Olympic Games, the Super Bowl, and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Anyone interested in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Official Hospitality Program can register online for updates. Ticket-inclusive hospitality packages will be sold exclusively via FIFA.com/hospitality and official sales agents. Major League Soccer (MLS) has been appointed as a sales agent for the USA and Canada, with additional sales agents to be announced.
Fans are urged to avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized platforms, as FIFA reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through unofficial channels. Companies interested in becoming official sales agents can find more information about the selection process here. The list of authorized global sales agents will be published on FIFA.com.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is expected to help FIFA generate USD 11 billion during the 2023-2026 financial cycle, with the hospitality program contributing significantly to this target. Revenue generated from FIFA tournaments is invested directly into global football development after operating costs.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be the most inclusive and diverse sporting event ever, with three host countries, 16 Host Cities, 48 teams, and 104 matches uniting the world and engaging millions of people across 16 stadiums, as well as billions more worldwide.
